Who does what

White label SEO services: what your agency keeps and what 21x delivers

In a white label setup, the client should always know who to call. That only works if the split is agreed from the start.

Your agency keeps

The client

The client relationship and every client conversation. Sales, your own pricing and the strategy discussion. Content that depends on the client's expertise, if you prefer to write it yourself.

21x delivers under your name

The measurement and the work

The baseline audit in six AI systems and the monthly re-measurement. Technical SEO, access for AI crawlers, company details and presence on the sources that answers rely on. Support for your team on technical questions.

Your client deals with one agency: yours. The split above is agreed per client before any work starts.

How it works

How 21x works as your white label SEO agency

Five steps per client, from the first profile to the monthly re-measurement.

  1. You bring in the client

You share the client's offer, audience, competitors and goals. That profile determines the 30 non-branded questions. A client selling in the Netherlands is measured in Dutch, one in an English-speaking market in English, phrased the way its customers ask.

  2. 21x measures the baseline

Six AI systems, each question asked 3 times, logged out: 540 answers per client. Mention, position, sentiment, source and facts are scored for every answer.

  3. 21x walks you through it

Before you present anything, 21x takes you through the findings. You can then explain every result to your client and answer follow-up questions.

  4. The work is divided

Technical and source work by 21x, content by you or by 21x, reviews by the client. Every task has an owner and a status.

  5. Monthly re-measurement

The same measurement with the same method every month. You show your client movement over time, backed by a measurement card.

Across your client accounts

Baseline results for five client accounts

Example with fictitious data. Each row is one client account of an agency, with the share of 540 answers in which the client was named.

A baseline per client shows where that client should start, so the work differs from one client to the next.

4 of 5

The fifth client is still being measured. Every baseline comes with a measurement card, so you can explain how each figure was produced.

What it costs

White label pricing for agencies

The cost depends on the number of clients you bring in and the work your team does itself. You know it before any work starts.

Agencies that prefer to run the measurement in-house can use Upcite instead, as described below.

Measuring yourself

White label GEO, or measuring with Upcite

Some agencies prefer to run the measurement themselves. For them, 21x built Upcite (upcite.io), a measurement platform for agencies that want to measure their clients' AI visibility in-house.

The two routes differ in who does the work. With white label GEO, 21x measures and carries out the work, and you present the results. With Upcite, your own team runs the measurement for each client.

Which route fits depends on your team's capacity and the number of clients you serve. In a call you can discuss both.

What to tell your clients

Why a single AI visibility score misleads your client

A single number is easy to report. These figures show why 21x reports per system and per layer instead.

  • 94%

of fifty Dutch buying questions led Claude to name at least one company or platform

Bron: Writgo AI Citation Index, July 2026

  • 0%

of those questions led Google AI Overviews to name a company or platform

  • 4

layers in the IAB framework for AI visibility: presence, prominence, portrayal and persuasion

Bron: IAB, Measuring Visibility in the AI Era, August 2026

An average of 94% and 0% would describe neither system. Report per system and per layer, and your client sees where the work should start.

Questions

Questions agencies ask about white label SEO

Does my client know that 21x does the work?

Only if you tell them. The work is delivered under your agency's name, and you remain the point of contact for your client.

What do white label SEO services cost?

The baseline audit takes 5 to 7 working days per client. What you pay depends on how many clients you bring in and how much of the work your team keeps. The packages show the current options, and you agree the cost before any client work starts.

Is white label GEO different from white label SEO?

The setup is the same, the work differs. White label SEO covers Google rankings and the technical health of your clients' sites. White label GEO covers their visibility in AI answers, measured in six systems.

What is Upcite?

Upcite (upcite.io) is the measurement platform 21x built for agencies that want to measure their clients' AI visibility themselves. It suits agencies that prefer to run the measurement in-house rather than outsource it.

Who supports my team?

Stan Vreuls, founder of 21x, with eleven years of SEO experience and a full focus on AI visibility since January 2026. Your team deals with him directly for technical questions and walkthroughs.

Can you guarantee results for my clients?

No, and you should not promise them either. AI answers change from one attempt to the next, which neither you nor 21x can control. What you can show your client is a measurement and the movement in it.
